Commercial roofing

We seal for
weather.

We inspect the roof, trace where water gets in, and give you a written scope for the work.

Start where the
water gets in.

Tell Ty where you saw water and what the weather was doing. He checks the path back across drainage, seams, penetrations, and prior repairs, then looks for moisture beneath the surface.

Field detail / Metal

Two panels. One joint.

The fold in the opening image is where two metal panels meet. A stain below this joint gives Ty a place to start looking. Water can travel before it shows up indoors.

If the opening is local and the surrounding roof is sound, a seam repair may be enough. Signs of trapped moisture call for testing before anyone proposes a coating.

A / Local issue

Targeted repair

Address the leak at a confirmed seam, flashing, or penetration when the surrounding assembly can stay in service.

B / Sound base

Roof restoration

Assess whether the existing roof is dry, compatible, and able to hold a coating. Preparation and repairs come first.

C / Deeper damage

Specialist review

Wet insulation, deterioration, or structural concerns can shift the scope toward further testing or replacement.
